Middle school pays tribute to veterans with breakfast, song - Houston weather, traffic, news | FOX 26 | MyFoxHouston

One of the most heartfelt tributes to our military happened at a school in Southwest Houston.

Spring Forest Middle School invited more than 100 veterans to their breakfast and special ceremony.  Students with the choir and orchestra performed for the community who turned out in support.

FOX 26's Ruben Dominguez spoke to one of the veterans.

"Well it's a day we honor veterans from all the wars, it's an honor for us to be here too."

This is the twelfth year Spring Forest has hosted their special breakfast for veterans.
