Police hope surveillance video will lead to the person who killed a woman in front of her toddler.

Houston Police homicide investigators want to question the man seen wearing a hoodie in the video about Thursday's shooting death of Vanessa Rodriguez, 23.

She was gunned down at her apartment on Pitner in Northwest Houston.  Her one-year-old daughter was found unharmed, sitting in her high chair.
