The students and staff at Harby Junior High in Alvin honored veterans with a special assembly.
Friday, they paid tribute to area vets who have served in every war from World War II to Iraq and Afghanistan.
FOX 26 anchor Don Teague was lucky enough to be the guest speaker for the program which even awarded all of the veterans certificates of appreciation from the school.
