Haze, smoke from controlled burn in Chambers County - Houston weather, traffic, news | FOX 26 | MyFoxHouston

If you've seen some haze and smoke, it was because of a fire in Chambers County.

Thursday, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality said it was a controlled burn marsh fire near the Moody National Wildlife Refuge.

SkyFOX was over the scene Thursday afternoon.  Some of the smoke has drifted into Harris and Galveston counties.
