Katy ISD investigating school threat

Police are investigating after a threatening message led to the evacuation of a Katy ISD school.

Monday morning, Katy ISD Police were sent to Beckendorff Junior High School after a threatening message was found in a restroom.

Students were taken to the practice athletic field while police looked around the school.  After the all-clear was given, students returned to class on an amended schedule.

Katy ISD has not released info on what the threatening message actually said.
