An accused drunk driver crashed the set of a local film featuring Hollywood talent.
Tosh Ingram, age 38, allegedly drove past police barricades last Friday night and slammed into a camera car, just as technicians were setting up for a shot.
The crew of "Helen Alone" was on E. League City Parkway, preparing to film the last few nighttime driving scenes in the production.
The film's writer/director, Henrik Poulsen, says it was cold and late, and Ingram's pickup truck seemed to come out of nowhere.
"I saw out of the corner of my right eye a shadow, coming very, very fast towards us," recalled Poulsen.
The pickup sideswiped the camera car, hitting three members of the crew.
Soundman Kent Ohler was most seriously hurt; he was transported by LifeFlight helicopter with an injured back and a broken leg.
Tosh Ingram was charged with driving while intoxicated, his third offense. Ingram's rap sheet also lists charges of drug possession and driving with a suspended license.
The show must go on, however, and "Helen Alone" is still expected to wrap next month.
The movie stars Daniel Baldwin, Alexis Raich and Priscilla Barnes.
