Suspect sought in Rosenberg coffee shop beating

ROSENBERG, Texas (FOX 26) -

Rosenberg police are seeking help from the public to identify a person who attacked someone outside of a Starbucks Coffee shop.

The aggravated assault was reported around 4:15 a.m. on Oct. 18 outside the cafe on the Southwest Freeway frontage road near Plaza Drive in Rosenberg.

The suspect, a male, walked up to someone and punched him in the face multiple times with his fist closed. Police describe him as a medium-built male who wore a baseball cap, a blue jersey, shorts and white shoes. The jersey may have the number 36 embroidered on it.
