FOX 26 News has learned the Aldine Independent School District has suspended a teacher for showing an "inappropriate video" in class.
Aldine ISD officials said the teacher used poor judgment when showed students a video he and others made while in college. Sources said this took place at Aldine 9th Grade School.
Officials would not say what was on the video.
Aldine ISD spokesman Mike Keeney said the video was inappropriate for students and violated the district's code of ethics.
"The teacher was suspended with pay while the district conducted the investigation. The investigation has concluded and the district will take appropriate action," Keeney said in a statement.
