Agent: Texans safety Danieal Manning fined $15K

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

The agent for Houston Texans safety Danieal Manning said his client was fined $15,000 by the NFL stemming from his unnecessary roughness penalty in the Texans 42-24 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Russel Hicks told FOX 26 Sports he received an e-mail from the league Tuesday informing of the fine and that Manning will appeal.
