HOUSTON (FOX 26) -
Police say they have released surveillance video of a driver who caused a deadly crash on Westheimer Road.
On Oct. 11, someone inside a black Acura banged their car door against a gold Mustang in the parking lot of a Walmart on Dunvale.
The Mustang followed the Acura down Westheimer. Investigators say the Mustang's driver threw bottles at the Acura, causing its driver to swerve. The Acura's driver lost control and crashed into a pole near Hillcroft.
A backseat passenger in that Acura died.
The suspected driver of that Mustang is in his 20s and has slits shaved into one of his eyebrows.
