HOUSTON (FOX 26) -
More than year later, the woman charged in a deadly day care fire in southwest Houston will go on trial.
Monday, attorneys talked about what evidence will be allowed in Jessica Tata's trial. Tata faces multiple charges, including murder and reckless injury to a child.
In February 2011, four children died at Tata's home day care in southwest Houston. Prosecutors say Tata left those children alone in the house when it caught fire.
Jury selection is set for later this week. Tata's trial is set for Oct. 22.
