HSCO: Prostitution sting nabs 7

The Vice unit with the Harris Country Sheriff's office nabbed 7 men in connection with an undercover prostitution sting in north Harris Country on Thursday.

The operation focused on targeting people who were soliciting sex online.

According to the Harris Country undercover deputies places ads as escorts and arranged to meet customers at a location off I-45 North and FM 1960.

Once the subjects arrived at the location and made an agreement with the undercover deputies to receive sexual services in exchange for money, they were taken into custody.

The Harris County Sheriff's office says they will conduct similar stings in the future and will also focus on those who sell sex as well.
