HOUSTON (FOX 26) -
Allegations of voter fraud have arisen in Fort Bend County.
The Texas Democratic Party has accused the Republic nominee for county commissioner of voting in both Texas and Pennsylvania.
They accuse Bruce Fleming and his wife of double-voting in the 2006, 2008 and 2010 general elections. The couple has homes in both states.
Fleming posted this statement on his website:
"In light of recent newspaper articles, please be aware that all allegations are being investigated. My attorney has advised me to remain silent for the present time. Thank you for your understanding in this matter until it is resolved."
