Ex-Sealy High teacher arrested for relationship with student

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

A former Sealy High School teacher is accused of having an improper relationship with her student.

Stacey Manning, 36, is charged with improper conduct between an educator and a student. Austin County Sheriff's deputies arrested Manning on Tuesday.

School officials learned Manning was seeing an 18-year-old male student in April, investigators say. She resigned soon after.
