Police in Humble took a man into custody for public intoxication who was apparently not prepared to pose for a booking photo.

Officers arrested Sean Carl Payne, 35, outside Shamrocks Pub on 1st Street West near Bender Avenue in Humble.

During the booking process, officers tried to take a photo of Payne who was apparently not able to cooperate with their commands. In the photo, an officer's hand is seen holding Payne's head in place while gripping Payne's right hand. The image also shows another officer holding Payne in place.
