HOUSTON (FOX 26) -
An adult nightclub has lost its bid to have its case heard in federal court.
Harris County and City of Houston officials sued Treasures for being a "nuisance bar", a haven for drugs and prostitution.
Wednesday, a federal judge ruled the case must be sent back to a lower state court where Treasures faces a long list of sanctions. The judge also ordered Treasures to pay all attorney fees and court costs associated with their attempt to move the case from state court.
