Power outage at IAH Terminal D

It was lights out for a time at Terminal D in Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Monday night, something happened, knocking out power in the terminal, the Houston Airport Systems says.

Though some passengers had to be moved to Terminal E, the outage did not affect arriving/departing flights.

Centerpoint Energy crews were sent to the terminal to restore power.  It was restored around 8:50 p.m.
