Homicide investigators are trying to determine what led to the death of a young woman whose body was found inside a northwest Houston hotel room.
Houston police arrived around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday to the Western Inn Houston and found the body inside one of the rooms.
Officers found no apparent signs of trauma to the woman's body. She was in the room earlier with a male, but he was not in the room when police arrived.
The woman's body was taken to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences to determine her identity and cause of death.
