Fan was intoxicated when he died at Texans game, autopsy says

An autopsy confirms a football fan was drunk when he fell off an escalator and died at Reliant Stadium during a Houston Texans game.

Jonathan Kelly's death was ruled an accident, the result of multiple blunt force injuries incurred from the fall from the stadium's fifth level, the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office says.

His blood alcohol level was 0.16.  The legal limit for driving while intoxicated is 0.8.
