'Stranger Danger' after man exposes himself to Katy ISD student

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

Katy ISD Police have issued a "Stranger Danger" bulletin for parents of Sundown Elementary students.

The incident happened in the 2000 block of Westborough at Ft. Stanton around 3:45 p.m. Monday.

A Hispanic man drove up to a junior high student at a bus stop and asked if she needed a ride.  She refused and the man drove away.  He returned a few minutes later, showed the girl his genitals, and drove away.

The man is described as:

-- Hispanic male, 20 to 30 years old
-- Mustache and goatee
-- Wore blue jumpsuit with red and white logo on the chest
-- Was driving a tan-colored older model Lincoln Town car

Anyone with information should call the authorities.
