Man used child as human shield, prosecutors say

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

Prosecutors have charged a man accused of using a child as a human shield against an officer's stun gun.

Selvin Garcia, 25, is charged with endangering a child.

Court documents state the incident happened on Sept. 20.
