We've got good news for a 53-year-old man still reeling from Hurricane Ike.

Thursday, FOX 26 Reporter Randy Wallace told us Tim Foster was living in his car while waiting for his new home in Chambers County to be finished.

Foster qualified for hurricane assistance grant money from the county, but questions about his property line stopped work on his home.

Friday, a county official said the problem is now solved and work will resume on Foster's home come Monday.
