Louisiana man 'every parent's nightmare,' Deputy Constables say

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

A Louisiana man is behind bars on accusations he preyed on preteen girls via social media and sexually assaulted a child.

Duane Parker, a.k.a. Johnny Pepper, is charged with:

-- Two counts of online solicitation of a minor
-- One count of aggravated sexual assault of a child

The 49-year-old Lafayette native befriended his victims on Facebook and sent sexual messages to them, the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable's Office said.  Investigators uncovered webcam video of Parker masturbating while discussing what he wanted to do with his victims.

His child sexual assault charge stems from a 2008 outcry from a then 6-year-old girl.

Investigators arrested Parker at a restaurant in Webster, Texas on Aug. 13.  More charges are expected.

Prior to these charges, Parker was convicted for indecent exposure after he exposed his genitals to a 17-year-old Starbucks Coffee Company employee.

He is in custody on $300,000 bond, $100,000 for each charge.

Investigators believe more victims could be out there.  If you know anything, you are urged to contact the authorities.
