Child nearly drowns in apartment complex

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

A child is in the hospital after nearly drowning at a southwest Houston apartment complex.

Around 4:30 p.m. Monday, EMS officials went to the Chimney Rock Apartments in the 5400 block of Chimney Rock Road, according to the Houston Fire Department.

The condition of the victim is not known.
