A rider was hurt after late-night motorcycle-pickup truck accident in southwest Houston.
The rider, a male, was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 59, the Southwest Freeway, at a high rate of speed and crashed into the rear of the truck near the South Gessner Road exit. He was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital in serious but stable condition.
The driver of the truck was not hurt and the truck was not damaged.
