HUMBLE, Texas -
An argument between a woman and her husband ended with her death after deputies say he drove a truck while intoxicated and struck his wife with the vehicle.
Anthony Miller has been charged with driving while intoxicated and the case is under investigation by the Traffic Enforcement Section of the Harris County Sheriff's Office. He was driving the 2010 dually Chevrolet Silverado southbound on Shay Lane in the Humble area of northeast Harris County around 10:15 p.m. Saturday when he and his wife, Karen Miller, began to argue.
Karen walked out from the passenger seat of the truck while it was moving and was run over by the dually truck tires, according to a statement released Sunday by HCSO. She was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
Anthony Miller may face upgraded or additional charges following Karen's death.
