New federal website deals with credit card complaints

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

If you have a complaint about a credit card company, you've got a new federal website available to you to help solve it.

Remember the Financial Reform Act? It created the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

The bureau has just launched a new way to track complaints about credit card companies. I'll give you a tour.
