HOUSTON (FOX 26) -
A weak front will very slowly move across the area on Friday and it will be a focal point for scattered showers to develop. There is a 30% chance for rain and that will happen during the afternoon and early evening. Temperatures will remain warm with lows in the 70s and highs near 90.
The upcoming holiday weekend looks pretty good, but there will still be a slight chance for a few showers. It won't be too wet though, so keep your outdoor plans and just be ready to slip inside for a few minutes. Temperatures are not expected to change very much, so it will still be very warm and muggy.
