Apple CEO Passes on $75M
Apple CEO Tim Cook says he's setting an example by passing up on $75 million in bonus pay. The money was coming his way in the form of dividend payments on shares he was to receive over the next 10 years. He says he wants to set an example in how much CEO's are paid.
Is Siri Spying on You?
Is the iPhone's Siri voice assistant spying on you? That's the question PC World asked last week. The write up says IBM has banned the use of Siri over privacy concerns. Apple admits some of your searches are saved for a period of time, and that "when you use Siri or Dictation, the things you say will be recorded and sent to Apple in order to convert what you say into text." Dell to Release Windows 8 Tablet
Lastly, Dell, the computer maker out of Austin, is preparing for Windows 8 in the form of a new tablet computer. Neowin.net says it got its hands on a leaked spec sheet showing off the Dell Latitude 10. It has a 10.1 inch HD touch screen and a dual core processor. It's also said the tablet focuses on security, which suggests it might be geared not only for play but also for work.
