This week's Predator Check is spotlighting a suspect accused of violently violating a little girl. There's a reward for his capture.
Take a good look at 28-year-old Samuel Gomez. He’s 7-feet tall and weighs 145-pounds.
Last summer, he was charged with ‘super aggravated sexual assault of a child.’
Gomez' last-known address was on the 3000-block of Red Bluff in Pasadena.
According to court documents, the alleged victim was a 5-year-old girl who told investigators she'd been sexually assaulted by the man.
Gomez was charged, posted bond, and fitted with an ankle monitor to keep tabs on him.
“One month before he failed to appear in court, his ankle monitor reflected that he was not at his house anymore,” says Katherine Cabaniss with Houston Crime Stoppers. “He is absconder from justice. He is hiding from these charges. If anyone knows where he is, they should call."
If convicted, Samuel Gomez faces 25 years to life in prison with no chance of parole.
If you know where to find this man, Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to his arrest.
