This week's Predator Check is in search of another convicted sex offender who has gone missing. There's a reward for his capture if you know where to find him.
Take a look at 51-year-old Adam Mosley, Jr. He's 5-foot-10, 211-pounds and has scars on his left elbow and knee.
In 1986, he was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
We can't tell you where Mosley's last-known address was. After serving eight years in prison for raping a 5-year-old girl, he was incarcerated again for another crime.
Upon his release in 2008, he said he was heading to Houston. He had seven days to register as a sex offender but never did, according to authorities.
“It does not matter if he was convicted in 1986, 2006, 1996 -- he is required to register as a sex offender,” says Katherine Cabaniss with Houston Crime Stoppers. “It doesn't make any difference if the underlying offense is very very old. In this case, when he was released from prison, he was required to give his address, and he did not."
If you know where to find Adam Mosley, Jr., Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to his arrest.
