Angry bikers were at a Houston City Council meeting today, sounding off over a police officer under investigation by the Houston Police Department.

The bikers claim Officer Rick Holtsclaw is harassing them, taking the city's noise ordinance that prohibits noisy vehicles to the extreme.

According to records we obtained from the Houston Municipal Court system, Officer Hotlsclaw issued 200 citations for noisy vehicles in just 9 months.
