Pasadena School Bus Involved in Accident

PASADENA, Texas - A spokeswoman with the Pasadena Independent School District has confirmed that a school bus has been involved in an accident involving students who were being taken to class on Friday morning.

Candace Ahlfinger with Pasadena ISD says that 7th and 8th grade students from Bondy Intermediate School were on board the bus when the accident took place at the intersection of Genoa Red Bluff Road and Old Genoa Red Bluff Road.

SkyFOX captured aerial images of units from the Houston Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services that arrived before 9 a.m. Friday to take fifteen students to area hospitals as a precautionary measure. Other students will be taken to the Bondy Intermediate campus.

Principals and teachers arrived to site of the accident to check on the status of the students.
