Sushi at Zushi Japanese Cuisine for Houston Restaurant Weeks

HOUSTON - Chef Chris Nemoto from Zushi Japanese Cuisine shows food radio talk show host Cleverley Stone how to prepare a fresh sushi roll. This dish is on Chef Nemoto's Houston Restaurant Weeks menu, benefiting the Houston Food Bank. Every time someone orders the special four course HRW dinner, Zushi Japanese Cuisine will donate $5 to the food bank, through August 31.
