Houston's Largest Earth Day Festival at Discovery Green

HOUSTON - Air Alliance Houston is hosting the largest Earth Day celebration in the city at Discovery Green on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festival, presented by Chevrolet Volt, is free and open to all.
Bring the kids for a full day of family fun and entertainment to the Kids Energy Zone where they can make crafts with recycled art. Plant lovers can learn the latest 'green' gardening techniques in the Eco-Landscaping Zone or visit the Green Expo for interactive environmental education displays, which will feature consumer 'green' products and services.
Regardless of which zone rocks your Earth, leave with a better knowledge of the four Rs; Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Respect the Earth.
Chevrolet will also have their eco-friendly cars, the Volt and the Cruz, on display and will provide free public test drives of the vehicles.
