Worth Your Time: Wheelchair Basketball

HOUSTON - Signing day for college athletes usually revolves around blue-chip recruits...and today was no different at Cy-Woods High School.

Among the featured athletes is a wheelchair basketball star.

Alex Gonzalez will get to play the sport for UT-Arlington this Fall.

His parents are predictably proud of their son.

Alex's parents hope that his success in wheelchair basketball will inspire others to participate.

They say the sport has helped him as much as any medication.
