Missing Teen Found Safe, Back With Family

A 15-year-old Channelview teen who was missing for a week is back home with her family.

It was last week when FOX 26 News first reported Christina Rodriguez disappeared after leaving a high school football game.

Rodriguez was scheduled to testify in a gang rape case a few days before she disappeared.

Her mother thought she was the victim of foul play, but a spokesperson with the Harris County Sheriff's Office says the teenager ran away and is now back at home.
