Man Fatally Shot Outside Nightclub

HOUSTON - A shooting left one man dead near a downtown Houston nightclub.

Witnesses told police that two men started arguing in a parking lot at the 1700 block of Webster Street after 3 a.m. Sunday when one of them pulled out a gun and shot the other man while he was still standing.

The victim was found dead in the parking lot from multiple gunshot wounds on Sunday, according to Houston police. The Harris County Medical Examiner's Office has not yet verified the shooting victim's identity.

The suspect left the parking lot in what appeared to be a small, silver, late model sport utility vehicle or car, said police.
