Permanent Makeup for Men, Women

HOUSTON - For anyone who is tired of applying make-up every single day, one concept has benefited women and men since the beginning of time -- a permanent body paint to enhance the appearance.
Emily Marshall is a licensed cosmetologist who applies permanent makeup, also known as tattooing.
If someone decides they want to get permanent makeup, Marshall explains on FOX 26 Morning News Extra how to select someone to perform the application.
Marshall says prospective clients should shop by price or location,
ask for a personal consultation, bring a list of questions to ask, communicate any concerns and trust their instincts.
