HOUSTON - Yvette Goree-Harris, a certified fitness trainer and motivational speaker, has almost three decades of exercise experience and says 'gumbo' can help push women to work out, but not the kind of 'gumbo' with sausage and okra.
Goree-Harris promotes a popular workout plan she calls the G.U.M.B.O. Boot Camp; G.U.M.B.O. is an acronym for "Get Up & Move your Butt Operation."
Goree-Harris and FOX 26 Morning News anchor Natalie Bomke visit Acceleration Training Concepts on West Alabama Street to learn how a functional movement screen can determine what movements are best for people with a desire to exercise.
