'Stand Up To Cancer' September 10 on FOX 26

HOUSTON - On Sept. 10, it will be time for television viewers to "Stand Up To Cancer." The nationwide event which is broadcast on FOX Television and three other networks to raise funds for cancer research.
Much progress has been made toward fighting the disease since the 2009 "Stand Up To Cancer" show.
Doctor Arvind Bhandari from Texas Oncology explains on FOX 26 Morning News what advances have been made in the treatment and detection of cancer in patients.
"Stand Up To Cancer" will air on FOX 26 on Sept. 10, 2010 starting at 7 p.m.
